Lodging And Rates

The home has 6 guestrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite, which covers the entire upper level of the house, has two queen sized beds, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The main level has three guestrooms with  queen beds,  one full bathroom plus  a separate 1/2 bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and an open floor plan for entertaining groups with access to the large deck.

The lower level has 2 guestrooms each with full sized beds, a bathroom, and a large playing area for kids. A separate laundry room is also located at the lower level. The spacious layout and privacy make this home a perfect place for families and large groups.

During the High Season ( March- November) we also rent individual rooms on per night base. The rates are $90 to $120 per guestroom+ 12.8% state room tax

Entire house can be  rented:

$450/night (2 night min) – 14 people/6car  maximum
$500/night (3 night min) for selected holidays (please call)

We also require$150 cleaning fee -  if the house is fully rented by one group.

All the sales are subject to a 12.8%  occupancy tax (required by the state of UTAH)
$250 refundable security deposit collected at booking

Reservation Policies for entire house rental

A major credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Full rental will be due 30 days before your arrival. Your card number will be held until inspection after your departure to ensure there are no damages to the property.

We have a  30 days cancellation policy.

Check-in: 3:00 pm (if you are planning on arriving earlier, please advise)

Check-out: 12:00 noon (unless previous arrangements have been made)

No smoking is allowed in the house.

You will be providing and cooking your own meals, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of your rented home. You will be required to sign a rental agreement and waiver of liability upon your arrival.
