Lodging And Rates
The home has 6 guestrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite, which covers the entire upper level of the house, has two queen sized beds, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
The main level has three guestrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom plus a separate 1/2 bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and an open floor plan for entertaining groups with access to the large deck.
The lower level has 2 guestrooms each with full sized beds, a bathroom, and a large playing area for kids. A separate laundry room is also located at the lower level. The spacious layout and privacy make this home a perfect place for families and large groups.
During the High Season (April to November) we also rent individual rooms on per night base. The rates are $90 to $150 per guestroom+ 12.8% state room tax
Entire house can be rented:
$460/night (3 night min) – up to14 people / 6 car maximum.
We also assess a $170 cleaning fee, -(if the house is fully rented by one group )
All the sales are subject to a 12.8% occupancy tax (required by the state of UTAH)
$250 refundable security deposit (which are all pretty standard fees for vacation rentals in the area).

Reservation Policies for entire house rental
A major credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Full rental will be due 60 days before your arrival. Your card number will be held until inspection after your departure to ensure there are no damages to the property.
We have a 60 days cancellation policy.
Check-in: 5:00 pm (if you are planning on arriving earlier, please advice)
Check-out: 11:00 noon (unless previous arrangements have been made)
You will be providing and cooking your own meals, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of your rented home. You will be required to sign a rental agreement and waiver of liability upon your arrival.
