This beautiful and modern 6 guest room resort is offered for rent as individual guest rooms or as entire house for groups up to 14 guests. This home is ideal for a family or friends reunions.

Zion Vacation Home, LLC was established in 2009. We are fully licensed by the state of Utah and the town of Springdale. We strive for excellence in providing memorable vacations for our guests.

Only 1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park, a walking distance to great shops, fine art galleries and fabulous restaurants. The town of Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 “prettiest towns” in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destination in the United States, with 3 million people visiting Zion National Park each year.

Zion is a park for all seasons. Summers are warm with low humidity. Autumn is magnificent with its colors. Winters are mild with average daytime temperatures in the 50s to 60s.
No matter what the season is, the Zion National Park area is scenically beautiful. In the summertime, the red rock of the canyon walls almost seems to glow from the heat. In the wintertime, there seems to be crispness in the colors of the area that result in excellent photographs.

The free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. There are six shuttle stop locations in Springdale and eight stop locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car while staying at the property! The transfer between loops is made at the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. You may get on and off as often as you like. Riding the shuttle is free.
